Firearms: BpB - pgs 452-453 - general note: does not split up weapons into specific types as the old Combat book did, but it gives general categories - (light or heavy) and various examples and special types of weapons and ammo - there are also stats for scopes and other add-ons

That will do for stats I think, I have not found the exact weapon yet but then there are allot of World of Darkness books to go through.

Hmmm, would it be fair to say that rubber slugs ("Less-Lethal" ammunition, as they call it) would do Bashing damage instead of Lethal, with no other statwise differences for the firearm?

That make sense, after all rubber bullets do not kill unless you are very close, hit somewhere sensitive or are unlucky, that would fit the definition of bashing.

That is, after all, what they're designed for - live capture of someone who still is in quite a bit of crippling pain from being freshly shot, but not actively bleeding to death. Wink

Might be a good way to take down a mage, unless that mage is trained to handle pain, or happen to be an Cult of Ecstasy or similar who use pain as an focus, then large amounts of discomfort tend to mess with a person's concentration enough that magick is somewhat difficult to accomplish.

Pretty much what I seemed to remember from last time I played, then - I need to train my firearms skill a little more. Need to reliably secure more successes on the attack rolls. Wink

Thank you Strife you are a lifesaver. No I would say we do not play with lethal being soakable unless the mage in question have used some magick to either protect themselves or strengthened their bodies, that is the thing with mages, they might be the critter in World of Darkness with the most raw power, but they are also squishy humans.
